Featuring a hybrid high-strength steel/stainless steel structure and modular split-body design, these rear-unloading semi-trailers incorporate a dedicated hydraulic lifting system co-developed with strategic suppliers for electric tractors. Custom-engineered low-resistance axles and lightweight high-efficiency brake drums reduce overall weight by 15%-20% compared to conventional models. This alleviates range anxiety caused by electric tractor battery weight, effectively lowering energy consumption and extending operational range. The entire vehicle undergoes silane surface treatment combined with electrostatic powder coating, achieving zero VOC emissions. This meets the ESG requirements for new energy logistics fleets of regional leading customers, ensuring green and environmentally friendly performance throughout the vehicle's entire lifecycle.
