The company successfully passed the 2024 management system surveillance audit

On November 11-12, a three-member expert team from Sanyin International Testing and Certification Co., Ltd. visited our company to conduct the annual surveillance audit of our Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (“Three Systems”). Following the two-day audit, the expert team unanimously concluded that the company's Three Systems are operating effectively and efficiently, meeting all standard requirements, and agreed to maintain the certification certificates.
During the audit, the experts conducted a comprehensive and meticulous review of the operational status of the Three Systems across all company departments and work sites through document review, on-site inspections, and interviews. They affirmed the overall stable and effective operation of the Three Systems and offered constructive suggestions for further improving the system framework.
At the closing meeting, General Manager Yao Zhigang expressed gratitude for the panel's suggestions and directed all departments to use this audit as an opportunity to thoroughly review feedback received during discussions with the panel. He emphasized the need to identify gaps and address weaknesses in practical operations, ensuring timely implementation of corrective actions. He further emphasized that relevant departments should enhance planning for system development and improvement, integrate the requirements of the three systems into business processes, ensure lawful and compliant company operations, establish an effective mechanism for self-improvement and continuous enhancement, support the company's high-quality development, and deliver superior, more reliable products and services to customers.
