Proactive and Ambitious, Breaking Through Against the Odds —Zhongtian Jinjun Holds Mid-Year Work Summary and Performance Review Meeting

On July 14, the company held its 2024 Mid-Year Work Summary and Performance Review Meeting. Attendees included General Manager Yao Zhigang, as well as all managers at the grassroots level and above.

 Following the meeting agenda, department heads first delivered performance reports on their respective units' achievement of 2024 first-half objectives and progress on key initiatives. They provided detailed updates covering major challenges encountered during the first half, key targets and action plans for the second half, departmental development strategies, and individual growth plans.

Management leadership provided feedback on the performance reports submitted by department heads, acknowledging the achievements made by each department during the first half of the year. They also identified areas for improvement within each department and highlighted key projects requiring special attention and accelerated progress in the second half of the year.

General Manager Yao Zhigang delivered the report titled “2024 Mid-Year Review and Second-Half Work Plan” on behalf of the company. He outlined the company's operational objectives and management indicator achievements, highlighted operational strengths, analyzed key challenges, and detailed the strategic direction and priority initiatives for the second half of the year. General Manager Yao emphasized that superior products and services form the foundation of our market presence. The company must further focus on market needs and build core competitive advantages in rear-unloading semi-trailers. Externally, we must adopt a customer-centric approach, enhance service awareness, strengthen service capabilities, and elevate customer satisfaction. Internally, we must hone our core competencies, center our efforts on manufacturing, and establish an agile, responsive smart manufacturing and operational system. We must spare no effort in further improving delivery capabilities to fully accomplish the annual business objectives and achieve new breakthroughs and accomplishments across all business developments.

During this meeting, attendees also conducted a democratic evaluation of mid-level and above management personnel and collectively studied relevant content from the “Zhongtian Jinjun Organizational Management and Performance Improvement” materials.
