As salutes pierced the sky, the smart manufacturing workshop activated its digital production equipment, with cutting, welding, painting, and final assembly lines resuming operations simultaneously. Laser cutters sliced through steel with ease in the cutting workshop, sparks flew in the welding area, and the rear-discharge semi-trailer smart production line operated smoothly. The first unit of the powder tank truck production line's bulk export order entered final finishing and inspection stages, while the digital coating line activated its fully automated, eco-friendly pretreatment and powder spraying equipment... The technical director explained: “Before the Spring Festival, we overcame the technical challenges of exporting powder tank trucks. On the first working day of the Year of the Snake, we achieved formal mass production of the product. The rear-unloading semi-trailer, adapted for new energy host vehicles, has undergone multiple design optimizations and completed its latest iteration before the holiday. Compared to traditional models, it achieves a 15% weight reduction and saves over 10% in energy consumption under equivalent conditions, offering greater cost-effectiveness and competitiveness.”
Expanding Our Marketing Footprint Committed to Securing a Strong Start in the New Year
Based on market feedback, Zhongtian Jinjun has not only secured breakthrough orders from major clients in domestic core regions but also locked in projects for side-curtain semi-trailers, new powder tank semi-trailers, flatbeds, and rear-dump semi-trailers in overseas target markets. Starting in February, the company will implement simultaneous production lines for domestic and international products, achieving batch production with daily capacity increased by over 30%, striving to kick off the new year with a strong start.
